Produktinformationen "Kauftipp: Gyokuro Shibushi BIO"

Von einem kleineren Familienbetrieb aus Shibushi in Kagoshima konnten wir einen wunderbaren, neuen Gyokuro einkaufen, dessen Kultivar  Tirari 31 ungefähr 30 Tage beschattet wurde. Das Blatt des Gyokuro Shibushi schön gearbeitet und tiefgrün, wie feine Kiefernnadeln. Es riecht sehr frisch und leicht süß. Der Aufguss ist strahlend tiefgrün. Der Duft erinnert an frische Seefrüchte. Im Mundraum schmecke ich frische, helle Früchte und ein sattes Grün, das mich ein wenig an die feinen Süße von Krabben erinnert. Dazu gesellt sich die  zarte Fruchtsüße von Lichee. Der Tee hat einen herrlich lang anhaltenden Nachklang. Der Shibushi Gyokuro ist ein sehr gut produzierter Schattentee wie wir ihn in dieser Preiskategorie noch nicht anbieten konnten. DE-ÖKO-007
