Produktinformationen "Miumori Kirishima Sencha Bio"

Der Miumori Kirishima Sencha ist eine neue Kreation von Shutaro Hayashi von den Teeplantagen am Fuße des Kirishimagebirges in Kyushu, Südjapan. Es werden Teepflanzen benutzt, die der Gründer der Plantage um 1900 aus Shizuoka mitbrachte. Die meisten anderen Pflanzen stammen ursprünglich aus Uji. Es werden für den Miumori-Blend Pflanzen aus beschattetem und nicht beschattetem Anbau verwendet. Zudem werden in der weiteren Verarbeitung ein Teil des Pflückguts tief bedampft (fuka-mushi) , ein Teil bleibt allerdings kurz bedampft (asa-mushi). So habe wir im Miumori Süße durch die Beschattung, Blume durch die kurze Bedämpfung und Tiefe durch die längere Bedämpfung. Der Miumori ist ein ausgewogener sehr interessanter Tee mit vielen Facetten, dicht, fruchtig, grün und charakterstark kraftvoll. (DE-ÖKO-039)
